Benefits of Balanced #HoneyDietIsHere

Blog Post- 112th

Day- 1020th

Hello Readers!

We see people eating different kinds of heavy crash foods and complaining about their health problems. At another side we find peoples following strict healthy diet time to time. In fact Diet is being a very common word now-a-days. So I would like to share my views on the benefits of a balanced healthy diet and the nutritional compromises of a crash diet in this blog post.

Before penning down benefits, let me tell you few components which can be used as balanced diet.

  • Vegetables:- Vegetables contain so many vitamins and iron in it which are very beneficial for health.
  • Fruits :- Fruits contains all kinds of vitamins which help us to be fresh.
  • Proteins :- Proteins are important components in food.
  • Grains :- Grains contain irons in large quantity.
  • Fats & Oils :- Fats and oils are important for health but we should not allow these in over limit to avoid fatness in body and diabetes.
  • Eggs :- Eggs contains calcium and calories in large amount.
  • Milk & Dairy Products :- Milk is also known as full meal because it contains all kinds of important components human body require.
  • Salad :- Salad should be an ingredient of balanced healthy diet.
  • Honey :- Honey is a healthy substitute for refined sugar. While both honey and sugar contains glucose and fructose, honey additionally contains a special enzyme that the bees add to it while the liquid being made Moreover, sugar lacks proteins, enzymes and vitamins, which get destroyed during the process of manufacture. Honey, on the other hand, is a natural sugar and hence retains its nutrients.

As I mentioned above, honey is a healthy substitute for refined sugar. I am going to write about  how-

Honey Diet is sweeter alternative for refined sugar.

  • Sugar:-
  1. Sugar has more calories and less sweeter than honey hence you end up consuming more calories.
  2. Sugar does not contain any special enzyme to ease digestion.
  3. Sugar has higher Glycemic Index (GI) than Honey.
  4. Sugar does not have these essential nutrients and hence it is not so healthy.
  • Honey:-
  1. One table spoon (15g) of Honey contains lesser calories than sugar and Honey is sweeter than sugar. Thus, you may add less honey to get the same level of sweetness, thereby lesser calories consumed.
  2. Honey has lower Glycemic Index (GI) than sugar.
  3. Honey is a source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other enzymes that the body requires for a healthier functioning which are not present in sugar.
  4. Being a reservoir of so many health benefits, honey surely sounds like a convincing switch.
  • Benefits of Honey:-

The following are the benefits that just a teaspoon of honey a day brings with it:-

  1. Weight management:- A Spoon of honey takes with warm water in the morning is traditionally known to be useful in weight management.
  2. Sugar substitute:- Honey is a healthier substitute to sugar when looking to reduce weight as it has lesser calories than sugar and contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which are good for health.
  3. Source of energy :- Honey is known to be a good source of energy as its natural sugar and carbohydrates are easily digested by the body.
  4. Aids Digestion:- Honey when used in your diet is known to aid in digestion.
  5. Cough and cold:- Honey is known to help in cough and throat irritation.
  6. Beautiful Skin:- Honey is known to be useful for the skin because of its moisturizing and nourishing properties.

So I recommend you to try Dabur’s tasteful honey that combines the best of test with the best of health.

'Cricket is a Religion in India;' and I follow this with UC Cricket.

111th  --->Blog Post

1019th-->Day of Blog

Hello readers!

If I would ask you about your favourite sport, all of you would reply together and will answer me cricket. Cricket is our favourite sport. Though Cricket is not India’s national sport; Indians’ love towards cricket is not less a bit. Cricket is not just a sport or a game for us Indians. ‘Cricket is a religion in India.’ And we all Indian cricket fans are devotees means followers of this religion. We Indians are crazy for this sport. As we can see bat and ball in even 2 years old kids’ hands in almost every galli and mohalla in villages across country. I think we everyone have seen this picture in villages which is enough to tell how crazy we are about cricket. If we try to find a guy who neither know nor like cricket, I think we could find any person rarely, at least in India. Who is there who doesn’t know ‘Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar- The God of Cricket in India’, Mahendra Singh Dhoni- 2 times world cup winning captain of Indian cricket team, ‘Sixer king’ Yuvraj Singh and many more legendary players of former and emerging team! None! This is our love about cricket and cricketers.

brandcover.jpg

Big tournaments like Cricket World Cup and ICC Cricket Championship are not just tournaments or championships, those are big functions of happiness for us Indians.Even commercial tournaments like IPL also bring happiness in our life. We do not understand how days pass during big tournaments of cricket. We pray for our favourite team’s victory. Even we can see people offering holy rituals like Havan and Yagya/Yadnya for India’s victory which shows our passion and devotion for cricket. We neither concern with victory or defeat nor we have any benefit by our favourite team’s any result; even then we wish our team’s victory in the battle of cricket. Yes! We consider cricket tournaments equal to a battle. We dance in jubilation when India (or any other favourite team) wins, conversely we too become sad as we ourselves get defeated on the ground when favourite team defeats. And after couple of days passed by, we accept past result by understanding that defeat and victory are 2 parts of coin means game as defeat and victory are never confirm nor lifelong. This is sportsman spirit. This is our love and passion about cricket.

Cricket is a force like no other in our country. It tempts us to skip work, postpone family get-togethers, bunk tuitions and sometimes even cancel a date of various important to do work. Yeah, we do this to find time for watching cricket match live on television. Because as I mentioned above cricket is not just a sport for us Indians, It’s a religion in India and we everyone follow this religion as devotees with lots of passion and love because cricket connects people to each other. So we forget to take a meal or to sleep while watching late night cricket or even timing before going to school, college or office and our work. When we don’t skip our work, college, office, tuition then we worry of missing a live cricket match. This happens with all of us cricket fans or I can say cricket’s devotees. But now there is not a need to worry about missing live and exclusive cricket updates without skipping our worthwhile works and daily routine. Yes! Happy Birthday Malak Al Dunia

Day- 1017th

Blog Post- 110th

First Blog Post after 1000 days

Hello Shaikhah!!

Its 7th July. This date is little more special for me. Yeah!! I have scribbled this blog post to wish Happy Birthday to a girl who considers me her brother.

You know, how unfortunate I am in this sacred relationship of brother and sister. I do not have a sister in blood relation, but I asked one to be in my life as a sister during 2009-2011 and what happened of that relationship has been scribbled by me in my first unpiblished book. Anyway that’s not topic of this blog post but I have to mention that before writing ahead. Though my sister (mentioned above) did never accept me a brother, I could not forget her and I don’t want to do that. But in 2013, April 18th, an unknown girl from Qidfa-Fujairah (UAE) had mentioned me in a tweet with caption ‘bro.’ on my birthday. I wrote about her in short last year on same date 18th April in my 100th blog post on my birthday.

OK!! So, this is 7th July, 2015--- 22nd birthday of my second sister Malak Al dunia aka Shaikhah. I have been so unfortunate to wish my first sister on her birthday since 2010. Though I eagerly wished to wish her on her birthday, I couldn’t! My sister was coming and going from my eyes in college on her birthday and I was just scared to wish her. Her room was at nothing more than 5 minutes walking distance from my room and even then I was unfortunate to wish her face to face. I was not her culprit as I did never wrong with my sister, in fact I can’t even think of that; and anyway which brother will think of doing alike that?? But I was her culprit in my eyes because of just a misunderstanding she had about me in that period. I am sure that still I am the first person to wish her on birthday but the difference is I never dared to confess. I just pray to Allah on midnight of her birthday and I wish her, I express my feelings on her birthday in my daily diary at night, I don’t know my wishes do reach to my sister or not; but I feel more satisfied. When I was living in companionship of my sister, I got so many opportunities to wish her on birthday both years in 2010 & 2011 but I intentionally missed all chances. I have scribbled my feelings in my diary and the book I wrote on our relationship. Unfortunately I was very away of this virtual world of blogging in that period to express my feelings. In between 2012-2014, my sister’s 3 birthdays have been passed but still I never dared to wish her as I fear her with lots of respect. Any way my sister’s 24th birthday is coming soon on 13th August. I will dare and try to wish my sister on her birthday by calling her on phone.

Now you would have been known that how unfortunate I am about wishing on birthday of my sister. This is 7th July, a birthday of my another sister… I don’t want to miss an opportunity to wish her too on her birthday. That’s why I am scribbling this blog post. A relationship of brother and sister between me and Malak Al Dunia started on my birthday. Means a birthday of mine and her has some more importance in our life. Malak has been wishing me first on my birthday April 18th since 2013. In fact I started to re-celebrate my birthday on her appeal because I have felt her more enthusiastic than myself about my birthday but I am little lazy. Actually my sister Malak’s 2 birthdays have been already passed after our acquaintanceship. But I remember that I was in Mumbai on her birthday in 2013. Actually 7th July 2013 was more memorable day for me as good as well as bad too. I had visited to a sacred religious place of Christians ‘Church’ in Mumbai for first time in my life. We had planned to visit to Islamic religious place- famous Haji Ali Dargah in Mumbai; but we had been caught by TTEs at CST station and I had paid Rs. 265/- penalty for my friends’ mistakes, that’s why my mood was totally off that day. Though this was not a reason of not wishing Malak on her birthday because I had remembered very well about her date of birth but I had not sufficient internet data balance that day. That’s why I had wished Malak two nights belated on 9th July 2013 while returning to my village when Vidarbha Express was stopped at Bhusaval Jn. between 2-3 am. I was sipping tea at my first sister’s village Bhusaval’s junction railway station and was wishing another sister Malak on her birthday via Twitter. I remember that I wished her at right time in 2014 and this is 2015.

I have been wishing my sis. Malak this year on her birthday in advance since 1st of July- A birth anniversary of her father and a birthday of her mother. I have wished her midnight also on twitter, but I think that she deserves something more than just a tweet as her birthday wish. Because I wish anyone on facebook and twitter but Malak and my one more sister are not anyone, they are special part of my life so they deserve something more from me. I had wished to publish this blog post on midnight but I could not find time to scribble this that’s why I am posting this blog post at evening. I have never seen Malak yet, even not her single picture because Malak belongs to Qidfa-Fuzairah (UAE) so I can’t send gift to my sister that’s why I am posting this surprise blog post dedicated to my sister Malak Al Dunia on her 22nd birthday. I requested my sis. several times to send her picture but she doesn’t like to post pictures of herself on this virtual world.  I have still wish to see my beautiful sister but I never force her to show that. Because our happy unseen relationship doesn’t need to see each-other as we know each-other more well than those who make relationship after looking each other. But yeah, if Malak will do that ; that day will be one of the best day for me, and I am ready to wait for that day. I know that there is nothing special in this blog post but I hope my lovely sister would like this Hatke surprise gift from her bro.

My Picture

Before concluding this blog post I would like to mention a Marathi poem written by myself for my sister’s birthday in 2010---

I know that Malak doesn’t understand Marathi so here is an English translation of above poem.

Gush Has Grown To The Happiness Of This Brother

This day has arisen after so log awaited today

Gush has grown to the happiness of this brother

Your memories will alive in my heart

Storage of love between brother and sister

May you never see sorrow

May you always keep smiling in life

May Allah always keep you in happiness

This is my only wish to the God

May your all wishes come true sister

I wish you a very Happy Birthday

May spread your name to the sky sister.

The Relation between I and my grandparents

BlogPost:- 109th

Day :- 995th

 Hello Readers!

Thisis 15th June! ‘World Elder Abuse Awareness Day!’Before going ahead I would like to mention that this particular blog post is my little effort to tribute my both (paternal & maternal) grandparents and all elders people in this world.

I was born in less than even middle class background at my native village Barbaspura (near Kachewani Railway St.) in Tirora tehsil in Bhandara (now in Gondia) district in Maharashtra, India. When I grown as a child. I was very closed to my both grandparents. Though I did not spent such a long period with my paternal grandparents. I remember that what time I spent with them that are cherished memories I have forever which I am going to share with you in this blog post.

My Paternal Grandmother (Aaji):-

I don’t remember even face of my grandmother (Aaji) whose name was Anjana aka Maina. As my relatives told me I was playing a tambourine when she was died. No! I wasn’t playing that for fun or enjoyment. I was just a little kid when she passed away. But I can describe a lot about my paternal grandfather.

My Paternal Grandfather (Aajoba):-

My paternal grandfather’s name was Raghoba who lived his last life as a paralytic for long seventeen years! He was used to speak very few words because of his paralysis. I remember those words- Raju (my nickname which was easy for him to call me), Janabai (my aunty), Soonbai (daughter-in-law means my mother), Dasrath (corrupt form of my father’s name Dasharath) and few more names of our the then neighbors. I remember that how he was flapping a string of toowal’s cradle tied to a bed for my little brother’s sleep. My grandfather was smoking beedis in that period. I remember that he had asked me once to bring lightened beedi, and I too had breathed a smoke inb my childhood; that was my first attempt of smoke hahaha!! My father (Babuji) remembers several times how my grandpa was careful about his son (my father). (Babuji) says, one day his father had told him tha his right body part is paining and on same day his right part of body became paralytic. Though I do not have so much cherished memories with him, my father shares cherished memories he has with his father in his mind.

My Family Photo captured at our Home in Barbaspura

My paternal grandfather in center

As I wrote in my so many older blog posts that I have learnt my primary education at my maternal grandparents’ village, I will share about my cherished memories with them too forward. But I remember that I was doing something inventing (?) with our bicycle and a hammer in my child age. I think I was learning in std. II at that time while a neighbor on 5 minutes distance from our paternal house named Pramod came by bicycle and told me to put my clothes in a bag immediately. I packed my bag and sat behind him on his bicycle to go to our home. My grandfather was at death’s door when I met him last and after on same day he passed away in 1998. In that era, there were no telephones and mobile phones as today everyone has to communicate or to send a message. A message of my grandfather’s death could not reach to his only son (my father) even after so much efforts. My father is an government servant, who was in Jalna dist. in that period. Finally my father could not join us for funeral rites of his father, so I fulfilled all obsequies on my grandfather’s extinct body on the behalf of my Babuji.

According to genetics, grandparents’ 25 percent hereditary characteristics and virtue transfer to grandchildren by heredity. Today I am just 24 running, but toes of my right foot pain several times as paralytic body does! May God doesn’t do but I am very scared of paralysis as my grandfather had!

My Maternal Grandfather (Babaji/Bahaji):-

As I have mentioned above I learnt my pre-primary (Balwadi/Anganwadi), and primary (Std. I-II½ and III½-VI) at ,y maternal grandparents. My grandfather Dr. Sukhdeo A. Rewatkar was a popular doctor in his village Indora Khurd (Nimgaon) and villages nearby. I was calling my maternal grandfather ‘Bahaji’(corrupt form of Babaji’.) He had a big interest and good knowledge of politics. I remember, how I was going to his clinic or in market square (‘Bazaar Chauk’) in my school’s recess for a rupee or two rupees often. He had 6 grandsons (we 2 brothers and my 4 cousins) at that time (now I have 6 cousins); but I was an ‘apple of his eyes’ coz I was his daughter’s son and eldest among his all grandsons, so he loved me a lot. My father always tell others about my stage daring and oratory skill proudly; Yeah! I have a good stage daring and oratory skill; but I look it as an impart of my maternal grandfather. He too was a good orator which skill transferred to me by my observation and his influence. Really there is so much influence of my maternal grandfather on my oratory skill.

11401522_828888027227101_506063294399476

My maternal Grandfather

When I decided to leave Indora after VI std. and go with my family in Jalna district for VII std. education. My grandfather had personally dropped me to bus-stop in Indora. At that time anyone could notice tears brimmed in his eyes in thought of my separation. I remember very well, I was in my room at Ramtek preparing for assembly of my DTEd college on 05th March, 2010. That was a black day for me. My phone rang on that morning, when I received the phone I was SHOCKED after hearing coming sound. My grandfather was no more! He passed away suddenly! Tears gathered once again in my eyes now while scribbling thin paragraph. I can’t scribble much more about him now. If you read this paragraph with emotions I think it’s enough to reach you what I want to convey.

At the end of this paragraph I would like to share with you a myself-written poem I dedicated him on fourteenth day (Chaudawi) after his death.

My Maternal Grandmother(Mothi Aai):-

My maternal grandmother’s name was Nausalya/Nausala. She protected me every time when my when I gone through obstacles in my childhood. My family has few misconceptions about my maternal relatives. I too don’t think that misconceptions improper but that isn’t topic to discuss here. I will remember my maternal grandmother (Mothi Aai) for her riddles and puzzles she asked me to solve in my childhood. My grandmother had been being alive till start of this year but she also passed away suddenly on dated 12th January, 2015.

Both my paternal as well as maternal grandparents are not today to read/hear my words I scribbled in their memory in this blog post today. I wish they would have to be alive to listen/read this! Anyway who can change god’s destiny? I hope they are reading my each words from the heaven and are blessing us from there. Both my maternal grandparents had an intense desire to see my (at least elder grandson’s) marriage, wife and children (their great-grandchildren) but their desires could not be fulfill as they passed away very early as no one expected. I hope they will see all those scenes they desired while living from heaven and will shower blessings on us from there at the right time.

Anyway these were my cherished memories I have ever have with my grandparents.

This is 15th June. I read analysis of Elder Abuse reported after research by HelpAge India! I am putting figures of Elder Abuse which are very scary!

11220814_828884523894118_500901317256012

Snapshot of #WorldElderAbuseAwaynessDay Indichange topic on Indiblogger

“As per a research study conducted by HelpAge India, 50% of the elderly face exploitation in various forms. Verbal Abuse (41%), Disrespect (33%) and Neglect (29%) are ranked the most commen types of offenses against them. The number of these cases are going up at an alarming rate.”

Aren’t these figures scary? I feel myself very shameful when I read, hear and watch these kind of inhuman deeds/offenses in society or anywhere. I don’t understand how can one treat parents or elders with such brutality? So I penned this blog post to raise my voice against #WorldElderAbuse on the occasion of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. I too appeal all my fellow bloggers through this blog post. Let’s use the power of blogging to give a life of respect and love to the old, and voice our opinion against the sufferings of the elderly.

I urge all of you my fellow readers, Let’s take an oath and a vow that we will never stay silent as an impotent to see inhuman behavior with any elder people by anyone and anywhere then why wouldn’t that be our home, society, mohalla, village, tehsil and district, we will raise our voice with now-violence to #StopElderAbuse and for awareness of people.

Thanks! You vowed an oath to #StopElderAbuse. I hope you won’t forget this oath and will try to give elders’ respectful life.

Thank you very much for reading this blog post!!
