The Relation between I and my grandparents

BlogPost:- 109th

Day :- 995th

 Hello Readers!

Thisis 15th June! ‘World Elder Abuse Awareness Day!’Before going ahead I would like to mention that this particular blog post is my little effort to tribute my both (paternal & maternal) grandparents and all elders people in this world.

I was born in less than even middle class background at my native village Barbaspura (near Kachewani Railway St.) in Tirora tehsil in Bhandara (now in Gondia) district in Maharashtra, India. When I grown as a child. I was very closed to my both grandparents. Though I did not spent such a long period with my paternal grandparents. I remember that what time I spent with them that are cherished memories I have forever which I am going to share with you in this blog post.

My Paternal Grandmother (Aaji):-

I don’t remember even face of my grandmother (Aaji) whose name was Anjana aka Maina. As my relatives told me I was playing a tambourine when she was died. No! I wasn’t playing that for fun or enjoyment. I was just a little kid when she passed away. But I can describe a lot about my paternal grandfather.

My Paternal Grandfather (Aajoba):-

My paternal grandfather’s name was Raghoba who lived his last life as a paralytic for long seventeen years! He was used to speak very few words because of his paralysis. I remember those words- Raju (my nickname which was easy for him to call me), Janabai (my aunty), Soonbai (daughter-in-law means my mother), Dasrath (corrupt form of my father’s name Dasharath) and few more names of our the then neighbors. I remember that how he was flapping a string of toowal’s cradle tied to a bed for my little brother’s sleep. My grandfather was smoking beedis in that period. I remember that he had asked me once to bring lightened beedi, and I too had breathed a smoke inb my childhood; that was my first attempt of smoke hahaha!! My father (Babuji) remembers several times how my grandpa was careful about his son (my father). (Babuji) says, one day his father had told him tha his right body part is paining and on same day his right part of body became paralytic. Though I do not have so much cherished memories with him, my father shares cherished memories he has with his father in his mind.

My paternal grandfather in center

As I wrote in my so many older blog posts that I have learnt my primary education at my maternal grandparents’ village, I will share about my cherished memories with them too forward. But I remember that I was doing something inventing (?) with our bicycle and a hammer in my child age. I think I was learning in std. II at that time while a neighbor on 5 minutes distance from our paternal house named Pramod came by bicycle and told me to put my clothes in a bag immediately. I packed my bag and sat behind him on his bicycle to go to our home. My grandfather was at death’s door when I met him last and after on same day he passed away in 1998. In that era, there were no telephones and mobile phones as today everyone has to communicate or to send a message. A message of my grandfather’s death could not reach to his only son (my father) even after so much efforts. My father is an government servant, who was in Jalna dist. in that period. Finally my father could not join us for funeral rites of his father, so I fulfilled all obsequies on my grandfather’s extinct body on the behalf of my Babuji.

According to genetics, grandparents’ 25 percent hereditary characteristics and virtue transfer to grandchildren by heredity. Today I am just 24 running, but toes of my right foot pain several times as paralytic body does! May God doesn’t do but I am very scared of paralysis as my grandfather had!

My Maternal Grandfather (Babaji/Bahaji):-

As I have mentioned above I learnt my pre-primary (Balwadi/Anganwadi), and primary (Std. I-II½ and III½-VI) at ,y maternal grandparents. My grandfather Dr. Sukhdeo A. Rewatkar was a popular doctor in his village Indora Khurd (Nimgaon) and villages nearby. I was calling my maternal grandfather ‘Bahaji’(corrupt form of Babaji’.) He had a big interest and good knowledge of politics. I remember, how I was going to his clinic or in market square (‘Bazaar Chauk’) in my school’s recess for a rupee or two rupees often. He had 6 grandsons (we 2 brothers and my 4 cousins) at that time (now I have 6 cousins); but I was an ‘apple of his eyes’ coz I was his daughter’s son and eldest among his all grandsons, so he loved me a lot. My father always tell others about my stage daring and oratory skill proudly; Yeah! I have a good stage daring and oratory skill; but I look it as an impart of my maternal grandfather. He too was a good orator which skill transferred to me by my observation and his influence. Really there is so much influence of my maternal grandfather on my oratory skill.

My maternal Grandfather

When I decided to leave Indora after VI std. and go with my family in Jalna district for VII std. education. My grandfather had personally dropped me to bus-stop in Indora. At that time anyone could notice tears brimmed in his eyes in thought of my separation. I remember very well, I was in my room at Ramtek preparing for assembly of my DTEd college on 05th March, 2010. That was a black day for me. My phone rang on that morning, when I received the phone I was SHOCKED after hearing coming sound. My grandfather was no more! He passed away suddenly! Tears gathered once again in my eyes now while scribbling thin paragraph. I can’t scribble much more about him now. If you read this paragraph with emotions I think it’s enough to reach you what I want to convey.

At the end of this paragraph I would like to share with you a myself-written poem I dedicated him on fourteenth day (Chaudawi) after his death.

My Maternal Grandmother(Mothi Aai):-

My maternal grandmother’s name was Nausalya/Nausala. She protected me every time when my when I gone through obstacles in my childhood. My family has few misconceptions about my maternal relatives. I too don’t think that misconceptions improper but that isn’t topic to discuss here. I will remember my maternal grandmother (Mothi Aai) for her riddles and puzzles she asked me to solve in my childhood. My grandmother had been being alive till start of this year but she also passed away suddenly on dated 12th January, 2015.

Both my paternal as well as maternal grandparents are not today to read/hear my words I scribbled in their memory in this blog post today. I wish they would have to be alive to listen/read this! Anyway who can change god’s destiny? I hope they are reading my each words from the heaven and are blessing us from there. Both my maternal grandparents had an intense desire to see my (at least elder grandson’s) marriage, wife and children (their great-grandchildren) but their desires could not be fulfill as they passed away very early as no one expected. I hope they will see all those scenes they desired while living from heaven and will shower blessings on us from there at the right time.

Anyway these were my cherished memories I have ever have with my grandparents.

This is 15th June. I read analysis of Elder Abuse reported after research by HelpAge India! I am putting figures of Elder Abuse which are very scary!

11220814_828884523894118_500901317256012

Snapshot of #WorldElderAbuseAwaynessDay Indichange topic on Indiblogger

“As per a research study conducted by HelpAge India, 50% of the elderly face exploitation in various forms. Verbal Abuse (41%), Disrespect (33%) and Neglect (29%) are ranked the most commen types of offenses against them. The number of these cases are going up at an alarming rate.”

Aren’t these figures scary? I feel myself very shameful when I read, hear and watch these kind of inhuman deeds/offenses in society or anywhere. I don’t understand how can one treat parents or elders with such brutality? So I penned this blog post to raise my voice against #WorldElderAbuse on the occasion of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. I too appeal all my fellow bloggers through this blog post. Let’s use the power of blogging to give a life of respect and love to the old, and voice our opinion against the sufferings of the elderly.

I urge all of you my fellow readers, Let’s take an oath and a vow that we will never stay silent as an impotent to see inhuman behavior with any elder people by anyone and anywhere then why wouldn’t that be our home, society, mohalla, village, tehsil and district, we will raise our voice with now-violence to #StopElderAbuse and for awareness of people.

Thanks! You vowed an oath to #StopElderAbuse. I hope you won’t forget this oath and will try to give elders’ respectful life.

Thank you very much for reading this blog post!!

My Mom is #MyFirstExpert

Blog Post- 107th

Day- 966th

 Hello everyone!!

We have celebrated ‘World Mothers Day’ recently on April 10th. So, I am going to write about My First Expert today. Yeah! My First Expert – My Mom / Mother (Aai).

11119135_813256095456961_838406703215686

I have so much wonderful memories in my heart with my mom. So I can’t tell you which one is most wonderful; because even thinking about this will be disrespect of other memories, and I don’t want to discriminate in those wonderful memories with my mom at any condition. That’s why all memories are same as most wonderful memory I ever have with my mother. OK! This isn’t topic of discussion here.

In childhood every child’s mother plays a role of his/her first expert who teaches to walk and even talk a first step and first alphabet/word. I don’t remember but I am sure that my mother was My First Expert who taught me to take off my foot/step to walk. My mom, family and relatives always say that I did not speak even a single word till three to three and half years of my age and all were thinking that I would dumb for lifetime, but when I started to speak, now my sister suggests me to stop my ‘Rajdhani Express’ (because I speak so fast as non-stop Rajdhani Express). I feel myself so lucky that my mother became My First Expert and taught me to speak. A mother helps her child in his/her homework and becomes first expert; they children be very lucky, but I am little  unfortunate that I did not get any help from my mother in my primary education though I don’t regret about it; because I learnt my primary education so many kilometers away from my family at my maternal grandfather-grandmother and uncles’ village in Zilla Parishad Purva Madhyamik Shala (Z. P. Pre-Secondary School), Indora Khurd which is located in Tirora tehsil in Bhandara (now in Gondia) district. But my mom became My First Expert from Seventh standard of my upper primary education.

I remember very well that I was used to stay at home for study and/or no reason till seventh std. when my friends were playing. One day my mom and Dad sent me to play with friends and I started playing a game of marbles (Goli/Kanchi) and cricket. Since then I kept continued playing cricket with friends and awkwardly I can time pass even alone with bat and ball. I am a very big fan of cricket and I have not only information but good knowledge about this sport however I can’t challenge that I play cricket better than you because I too know that I don’t play cricket well. Hahaha:)!! So my mom is My First Expert on playground too.

My mom is a good protector of both of us brothers. Whenever anyone irritates us for no reason, my mom becomes our protector. But her protection doesn’t mean that she excuses us for our big mistakes. She teaches us a lesson to overcome from tragedy if we face, so my mom is My First Expert.

We used to hear that a mother removes doubts and problems of her daughter when she goes through physical and sexual changes in period of adolescence, but no one even talks about boys’ physical changes and then boys go through distorted ways because of just lack of knowledge and misunderstandings. But I am so fortunate that my mother and father never ignored or kept silent on this sensitive subject. That’s why we can openly discuss about physical changes in human body and other sexual issues we face and see in society in free frank manner with no hesitation or without any kind of fear. My mom and Dad became My First Expert who dispelled our fear about physical/sexual changes and totally cleared up our misunderstandings.

Every woman plays different roles in her all life. When she births she plays a role of daughter for her parents, she plays a role of lovely sister of her brothers. After getting married a woman plays a role of a wife of her husband for lifetime, she plays a role of good daughter-in-law. After bearing a child she herself takes rebirth every time and plays a role of the best mother of her sons and daughters. In her old age a woman plays a role of paternal and maternal grandmother. In this period a woman goes through so many other various roles like student, teacher, good neighbor etc. and the most important one is a role of housewife. My mom also has been going through different roles she plays beautifully as she is a woman. My mom is My First Expert who plays every role she faces beautifully without complaining because my mom is a multi-tasker.

Every person likes to be up-to-date and tries so many cosmetics to maintain beauty. After age of 40 people needs hair colors to show their hair original. Obviously my mom also needs hair color. As I told above my mom is My First Expert; so there wouldn’t be any doubt that her choice of hair color will be expert. Yeah! My First Expert—My Mother’s hair color’s choice is also an Expert! Didn’t you understand? Guess--- OK! I tell you. There is only one brand which has Expert hair color—that’s Godrej. My mom uses Godrej Expert Rich Crème to show her hair original. Anyway Godrej is the most trusted brand and Godrej Expert Rich Crème is the most trusted hair color which is available in so many Godrej Color Packs i.e. Natural Black, Black Brown, Dark Brown, Natural Brown and Burgundy etc.. Today youngsters of my age also like to try hair colors to change color of hair; my little brother is one of them. He is like a scientist about his hair, I mean he does so many experiments with his hair. When I asked him about a good hair color, he replied me Godrej Expert Rich Crème within a second; this is an example of how popular and useful Godrej Expert Rich Crème is! You can know more about Godrej Expert Rich Crème’s Single Used Pack here.

I don’t need to share why Godrej Expert Rich Crème is the best because you already know very well; but I don’t want to miss a chance to share few things about Godrej Expert Rich Crème below:-

Before concluding this blog post I would like to thank IndiBlogger and Godrej for this #MyFirstExpert contest. Because of them I tried to write about #MyFirstExpert My Mom. This blog post is very special for me that when I scribbled this post it was 15th May- 'International Day of Families'. I feel so lucky that I am too a part of IndiBlogger’s large family. Second reason which makes this blog post more memorable is the last date of submission for this #MyFirstExpert contest- 20th May. Though I am posting this blog post before 3 days of last date, 20th May is a 24th Marriage Anniversary of my lovely Aai and Babuji. I wish them a very Happy Marriage Anniversary in advance. I never call my parents as Dad and Mom so feeling awkward to mention these both words in this blog post for my Aai and Babuji irrespectively.

This post is about my mother so I would like to dedicate a poem in Hindi ‘Maa (मां)’written by myself.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me

Blog Post- 106th

Day- 937th

Third blog post on my Birthday

11014665_798145003634737_644606352606123

Hello everyone!

So finally we have been meeting thrice on the auspicious occasion of my BIRTHDAY. I have posted two very memorable (i.e. 50th/Golden & 100th/Centurian) blog posts on my last two consecutive birthdays respectively. Unfortunately I could not post as more as 50 posts in this year; but this is also not less memorable than that both birthdays' blog posts… OK !! Let it be…

I wont bore you in this post also by discussing about same things what I scribbled in those two birthdays. I want to tell you something different, something interesting!!

I have already mentioned few plans about starting my own e-Publishing  and e-Shoppy portals as a big resolution in the first blog post published in this year. As I too agree that this will be very challenging for me because it is not so easy but I am committed with myself. I will start working on it very soon. There so many works are pending in my life but I don’t want digression by discussing on all these… Anyway … !!

This is 18th April 2015. I am celebrating my 23rd birthday. This birthday is something special for me. You will ask me why? Because its Saturday. I am born on 18th April 1992 on Saturday. This coincidence of same date on same day comes rarely in a calendar. After 1992, 18th April came on Saturday in 1998, 2009 and now in 2015 only. I did not know even a concept of birthday in 1998 and I was totally not reachable or Out of coverage from the virtual world of internet in 2009 though I remember that I had celebrated my birthday in 2009. Yes!! I had taken leaves from coaching of PET (Pre-Entrance Test) for Engineering from Arvind Academy, Nagpur to just celebrate my birthday with my family. After 2009, my birthday celebrations were joyless however I started celebrating those birthdays with maximum joy and birthday parties for friends. I had decided not to celebrate a birthday in 2011 but I got a surprise wish from unknown girl Malak Al Dunia from Fuzairah (UAE) who have been in my life as a sister since my last 2 birthdays through social media. Malak has been wishing me first on my birthdays since 2 years. In fact I see her more excited than me about my birthday. She has already celebrated me on my birthday this year before a week on 11th April when I was publishing  review of my laptop on the occasion of its first anniversary; that time I was also unaware that my 23rd birthday was just few days away.. and today also she greeted me on Twitter. So I thank Malak from bottom of my heart by breaking our deal of not thanking each-other.. hehehe(:!!

I know that I am not any big celebrity or a great social reformer but I feel myself very lucky and very fortunate that I have born in April. Fruitfully a week of my birthday (i.e. 11th – 18th April) is more fortunate.  11th April comes with a birth anniversary of a great social reformer Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, 14th April is a birth anniversary of the father of the constitution of India Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb R. Ambedkar ji and then 18th April--- No! No! I am not inserting my name in mentioned great people’s queue; in fact I am not talking about my birthday here; it’s also a birth anniversary of Maharashtra’s first recipient of India’s highest civilian award Bharatratna Maharshi Dhondo Keshao Karve ji. 3 Great souls had born in the land of Maharashtra in same week. So I consider that God/Allah wishes to happen something good from my hands that’s why he has sent me on April 18th. I want to contribute with my hand/pen by writing for society, for Maharashtra, for India and for the whole world. I know that I can never touch even their feet whom I have mentioned above though how biggest success let me achieve; I too don’t even imagine of that. But I can certainly try to be in memories of lakhs of you. Now you are in lakhs across the world but one day my readers will be in crores, millions and hopefully billions also if you keep supporting me…!! I will make it happen through my literary work. Then you will not need Facebook notifications or birthday alarm to remember my birthday as today.

We have been living in rental house for more than 15 years; we do not have our own house. This is also another reason to make this birthday post special. Because this would be last post on my birthday--- No!! I am not stopping writing/posting blogs.. Let me complete first. This is my last birthday post which is being published from our rental house. Yeah!! We are building our own home. So hopefully my next birthday post will get publish from our own new home.

Here this blog was concluded before get publish after typing a draft of this post, But I got few Good as well as few unhealthy surprises on this birthday which I would like to share with all of you. First surprise is I met Pavan S. Uke who has been one of my best friend since my SSC in Adarsh Vidyalaya Amgaon after so many years last evening of my 22nd year. Glad to meet him after such a long period. Another good news on my birthday is a Marathi film ‘What About SAWARKAR’ hit a record of earning maximum on Box Office of Marathi film Industry on its first day release; this news doesn’t relates to my birthday but I appreciate the success of Marathi film industry as a proud Marathi Kalavant (artist). There are two bad news today. One is Mumbai Indians lost thrice in row in current 8th season of IPL last night. I was fit till last evening; but I have been suffering with tonsils since last night that’s why I awake so late at 9.36Am on happy day of my birth. Genuinely I neither check nor expect  notifications to see wishes on my birthday but I was shock when I saw No birthday post, No massage, No Image, No tweet, No SMS on phone, Hike & WhatsApp and No Call on midnight. I thought my friends might have been forgotten my birthday; but after sunrise my smartphone is still ringing for notifications of my birthday wishes on SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Posts, FB Messanger, Tweets and phone calls. When I asked reason to few of my close friends of wishing me on morning, all give me same reply that “you awake quite late so we are calling now.” Chalo Bhale hi hume humare dost bhul gaye ho par humari aadte to nahi bhule.

I got so many greetings from my so many friends on different platforms via various ideas so its not possible to mention all my well wishers’ names but I would like to mention few of them. I thank my sister Malak Al Dunia for wishing me first before a week in advance and today via twitter. I thank my friend Pavan S. Uke for wishing me second in advance directly. I thank my friends Ram L. Wadibhasme, Pawara Sangita mam, Prathmesh Suresh Shirsat (Editor, Kalavishkaar-E-Diwali Magazine), Pranav Joshi (Published young author), Sharad Gore Sir (Rashriya Karyadhyaksh- Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Sahitya Parishad, Pune), Sunil Narwade, Anil Narwade, my friend Sagar Sanjay Jadhav, Pravin Ghule, Shyam Pendhari ji, Sandip Nazare ji, Arun V. Deshpande Sir, Chandrakant Bhosle sir, Vishnu Potkule & Mahesh Aghav Patil (both from Dodadgaon Tal. Ambad Dist. Jalna), Bhushan Nikam, Yogesh Banothe, my bro. Vivek Hajare, Manish Bhagat, Shruti Bambole, Shailesh Sursaut, Rajiv Funde and Pramod Guddhe for posting their greetings on my Facebook timeline. Its birthday of my another FB friend Sachin More, though he didn’t wish me yet I wish him a very Happy Birthday.

I thank Shubham Hadge, Digambar Wanjari and Swapnil Kakulate for wishing me on FB messanger.

I thank my friends Kuldeep Bisen, Hitesh Singanjude, Pravin Rokde,  Tushar Kosarkar, Engineer Sandip Bisen and Sheetal Shende for their wishes and special thanks to my friend Prakash Bawankule for sending me a beautiful cake on WhatsApp (+91-7588887401).

I thank my friends Engineer Niraj Chute, Ratnamala Karemore, and Babasaheb Tompe and Sujit Tete sir for finding a time to call/phone and greet this very small man.

Atlast I thank my bro Vivek, my Babuji (Father), Aai (Mother) and Aunty for their wishes. Also thanks to God/Allah for blessings he has been showering on me through all of your wishes.

I have been receiving so many birthday wishes from you still now but I am missing wishes from my beloved 2 persons i.e. from my one best friend who never forget to wish me but I think she could not have been wish me yet as she is married now and another one is my dearest one sister who never wishes me on birthday but I pray and consider that she might know my birthday and may be she would have been wishing me on my birthday indirectly into her heart.

Finally thanks to all those who wished/wishes and are wishing me a very Happy Birthday. I tried to mention all of my well wishers’ names but I ask for excuse me if anyone’s name would have been missed by mistake I thank them specially for their kind wishes.

1st Anniversary of my laptop DELL Inspiron 15-3537

10408969_794298987352672_377216601387198

Hi friends!

So we have been meeting once again after so long. I am going to turn into 23rd of my age next week on April 18th. Last year on April 11th I bought my new laptop DELL Inspiron 15-3537. Today a year is being passed of my laptop shopping (Sadly laptop’s one year warranty is also expiring!!) When I had purchased new laptop; I had decided that I will post my review after exact one year experience of using it. So I have picked up a pen to share my experience of DELL Inspiron 15-3537 as review.

Before purchase a new laptop I had done so many researches about laptops of various brands on internet. Then I had liked 2 models DELL Vostro 2520 and DELL Inspiron 15-3521. After discussion with friends and reading users’ reviews on Flipkart. I had decided to go with DELL Inspiron 15-3521 which was under my budget with specification ci3(3rd Gen)/4GB/500GB/15.6”/DOS but this model was WITHOUT GRAPHIC CARD. When I asked for graphic card, dealer told me that for graphic card I would have to spend INR 3000/- extra. When I went to buy DELL Inspiron 15-3521 with Graphic card dealer told me that graphic card can not be inserted into a laptop. DELL Inspiron 15-3521 comes WITHOUT GRAPHIC CARD. So I would have to buy DELL Inspiron 15-3537 if I wish to buy a laptop WITH GRAPHIC CARD. As I told above I had researched so much and then I had decided to go with Inspiron 15-3521 but I had not even looked DELL Inspiron 15-3537 as that was out of my budget. So I researched about that one on Flipkart again and read reviews. It’s key specifications were ci3(4th Gen)/2GB/500GB/15.6”/Ubuntu/1GB Graphic card. I decided to buy DELL Inspiron 15-3537 then but this laptop had only 2GB RAM. So I increased RAM upto 4GB by purchasing 2GB extra.

I know that you are not interested to read whatever I wrote above. So I am sharing my experience, PROS & CONS, suggestions and whole review below.

My DELL Inspiron 15-3537 laptap has following key specifications:-

Intel Core i3 (ci3/4th Gen)/2+2=4GB RAM*/500 GB HD/Win7*/15.6”/1 GB RatOn Graphic Card

(RAM*-- Inbuilt 2 GB + 2 GB Extra purchased

Win7*-- Inbuilt OS was ‘Ubuntu’ but I use ‘Windows 7’ operating system.)

  • Pros (+ Points):-
  • DELL is a good and big brand around the world.
  • Laptop was seal packed in very good condition into strong box.
  • Great designed body and beautiful look.
  • Light waited and very slim:- 2.35 kg & Dimension 376 X 259 X 25.3 mm
  • Scratch proof designed body.
  • Fit in budget:- I bought in INR 35,900/- approximately; but now rates have been much decreased.
  • Well built body:- Though plastic material is used to build body of DELL Inspiron 15-3537; used plastic material’s quality is neither so cheap nor so poor as DELL used in VOSTRO models.
  • Better to use:- Better to use for students, businessmen and all daily uses for official work and entertainment.
  • No Heating problem:- Laptop heats while charging only, else generally heating problem didn’t occur yet even after continuous uses.
  • Long Adopter Cable:- We can charge from long distance because the adopter cable is satisfactorily long.
  • Avg. Battery Backup:- In beginning I was getting 5-5.30 hrs battery backup which is 3-3.30 hrs now after a year. I think this is also not bad if it maintains in future as same.
  • ULV (Ultra Low Voltage):- ULV consumes Low Power clock speed (1.7 Hz)
  • Good Sensitive Keyboard:- Keyboard is very sensitive but I recommend to protect keys by covering with keypad cover always and to use external keyboard and mouse for long typing/writing works for long life of laptop’s keyboard.
  • Extra number pad attached to keyboard:- Its easy to type numbers through extra number pad.
  • Multiple zoom, Image rotation, webpage zoom by fijngertip.
  • 2 Slots for RAM
  • 3.0 USB port
  • HDMI port:- Though VGA port is not available in this laptop, there is latest HDMI port given.
  • All drivers are updated
  • Webcam is fine:- 1 MP camera is not sufficient but it is good to capture photos and shoot videos even in night. Video sound is also awesome.
  • Good Sound Quality:- Sound is average but quality is fantastic. Don’t use 3rd party softwares like VLC media player to increase sound for speakers’ long life.
  • Very clear sound in Headphones:- In case media file’s sound is low; it is better to use headphones than 3rd party softwarers like VLC media player.
  • Entertaining to play Games & HD Videos:- 1GB RatOn graphic card is effective to enjoy HD games and videos.
  • Did not hang except few exceptions.
  • Mcfee Antivirus:- Dell provides Mcfee AntiVirus free for 15 months but I don’t think Mcfee is protective as other antiviruses; so I have purchased and installed Net Protector AntiVirus (NP-AV) recently for 12 months.
  • 10003407_794302287352342_537877818324056
  • Cons (-ve Points)
  • No VGA Port:- In this laptop only HDMI port is available. There is NO VGA Port. I don’t know that does this laptop support projector connectivity or not? I have read HDMI-VGA convertor cables but according to my knowledge these kind of cables are not available in India. I am not sure about it; if you have an idea please do share info with me.
  • DVD Disc Driver is weak:- DVD Disc Driver is so weak. It is fit near  surface of bottom to the right side. While opening DVD disc drive there are more chances to touch surface and thus disc may be break so user must have to be careful about it while opening DVD disc.
  • Touchpad’s pointer keys make noise.
  • Fingerprints’ sweat appears as touch impressions on touchpad and side area.
  • No backlight to keyboard:- So it’s get trouble to use keyboard in dark.
  •  No more multimedia function keys like HP laptops.
  • Keyboard’s dust appears on LED screen.Bleeding of LED on keyboard.
  • Takes some more time to Start, Copy, Transfer data and Shut down.
  • Internet works slow:- But this is not PC’s problem; Internet speed is based upon Service operator, Data pack, Network and connectivity module.
  • DELL did not provide any extra accessories for free.
  •  Laptop’s information manual is very short and not in detail.
  • ‘Inspiron’ is not printed on top of computer’s front.
  • Mcfee AntiVirus is not very protective:- Though DELL provides Mcfee AntiVirus free for 15 months;  it is not protective trustfully. So I recommend to replace/buy and install any other antivirus.
  • Scratch proof  rough design of back does not look so impressive but yeah its unique.
  • DELL’s warranty extension rates are very high for common PC users.

I saw all features and specification on Flipkart but did not purchase my laptop online though my much money were being saved. My friends told me that there might be occur service related problems in future and I did not want to take any risk so I chose dealer for post shopping service but you can sure order online if you want to save money. Though I did not buy on Flipkart I thank them because I got so much help to choose my PC on Flipkart. I bought my DELL Inspiron 15-3537 from the biggest COMPUTER WORKSHOP (CW) in Gondia, Maharashta (India). I got few accessories free from dealer and I bought few. I would like to share Pros & Cons about my experience of service from dealer CW Gondia.

  • Pros (+ Points):-
  • Satisfying Customer Service
  • Pre-installed so many necessary softwares.
  • Defected free mouse has been returned.
  •  Gave some important suggestions for computer’s safety and long life.
  • Gave free gifts:- Keypad cover, mouse, mouse pad, clean kit and headphone.
  • Purchased TVS Champ external keyboard is working good.
  • Zebronics’ USB connector is also working fine.

  •  Cons (-ve Points):-
  • Unfit PC Delivery:- There was a gap in right corner of my PC.
  • Headphone was very cheap:- Gifted headphone of Terabyte was very cheap and built in poor quality. I had asked to pay extra penny and replace with good one but CW refused. Terabyte headphone broke down by just bending.
  • DELL’s Laptap Bag is not good:- Gifted bag with Dell’s logo is not good. Original chains have been broken twice and even replaced new chains also broke. Bag is being torn.
  • Dealer did not give extra discount.
  • Language stickers also were neither sticky nor plastic made/polythin printed. Letters are vanished now.
  •  Purchased card reader has been defected in just 2 months.
  •  Purchased Digisole Dongle works slower.

I have observed that many people complain about some same problems in DELL PCs even then DELL’s customers  have not been affecting by it. So I would like to comment on that problems and want to give some suggestions to avoid those problems.

  • Problem- Average Battery Backup
  • Precaution- Keep Lowest Brightness:- I have already mentioned about average average battery backup in DELL’s Pros. You can use in Save Energy/Power Saver mode or with lowest brightness in On Battery and  Plugged In both sections of Power Saver and Balanced both modes to increase your battery backup.
  • Problem- Battery Expires soon:- People complain that DELL’s battery/Adopter expires soon (i.e. in 1-3 years).
  • Precaution- Always try to use in Plugged in mode:- I recommend to try to use any loptop of any brand always in plugged in (while charging is on) mode everytime whenever possible to save battery life.
  • Problem- Sound/Speaker Problem:- People complain that DELL’s speakers get defected in so many cases.
  • Precautions-
  1. Use Headphones:- If sound is low, use headphones instead of trying to increase sound through third party media players like VLC.
  2. Use Windows Media Player (WMP) only:- Try to use Windows Media Player (WMP) only. If you want another media player, you can go with GOM for low quality videos like .3gp format. I don’t have any idea about other media players because I do not use any other.
  3. Remember- NEVER USE VLC or any other THIRD PARTY MEDIA PLAYER.:- Third party media players like VLC outputs more sound than inbuilt speakers’ capacity so these kind of third party media players are disastrous for speaker defect.
  • Suggestion- Use external Keyboard & Mouse:- You can use external keyboard and mouse for long writing/typing work to save you inbuilt keyboard’s and touchpad’s long  life.

I am not any expert technician to review but I have tried my best to share my honest experience of my DELL Inspiron 15-3537 laptop. I have noted so many negative points (cons) but most of them are either ignorable or limited for me and does not mean your experience will be same. So I recommend you to go for this if you liked. Aakhir kaun hai jo apne gadget ko boora kahega yaar jagb itne rupaye kharch karke liyaa ho.. (:-:) hahaha!

Rating:- **/***** (4/5=Good)
